Qualifications:

Insurance:

If your vehicle doesn't have a hitch we offer to deliver the trailer to local parks. We set it up and take it down at the end of your holiday for a minimum charge of $90.00.

Your Camp Site:

Unserviced: The fridge and stove will operate from the propane tank.  All electrical options, such as furnace, heated mattresses and interior lights will not function.

Serviced: Your fridge will operate from a 110V source.  You will have the option to use furnace, heated mattresses, ceiling fan (12' model) and interior lights and receptacles.

Picking up your Tent Trailer:

We will set up a time that is convenient to you.  If the trailer is available we give you the option of picking it up the evening before at no extra cost.  We will demonstrate to you how to set up, take down and operate the equipment. 

Please ensure your wiring is in working condition in order for brake and running lights to operate. Requirements are a Class ll hitch, 2" ball, 17" ball height.

A $300 booking deposit is required at time of reservation which is transferred to a damage deposit when picking up your trailer.  Your damage deposit will be returned after the trailer is inspected within 2 weeks of rental.  Trailers are not released without the damage deposit.

Weekly rentals July and August.  (Days may be added to minimum one week rental) Daily/weekend rentals considered after June 20th.  Three day minimum rental for all trailers and 4 days on long weekends.

Early Returns:

All rentals are for a contracted time period.  There are no refunds for early returns.

Cleaning charges:

We expect the trailer to be returned in the same condition as it was received, exceptionally clean!  Cleaning charges will be applied for excessive dirt, sand, mud, etc.  This charge is at our discretion and will be paid if required from your damage deposit.  Minimum fee $50.

Lost and Found:

We are not responsible for items lost, stolen or left inside the trailer.

Toll Roads:

When travelling on the 407ETR you are required to fill out our 407ETR travel record form. Upon return hand in your completed form. A copy of the 407ETR invoice will be forwarded to you. You will be responsible to forward payment directly to 407ETR. 

Please take Consideration:

There is No Smoking in any of our trailers. We do not allow anything to be placed on top, front, sides or back of the trailer.  e.g. canoe, bikes, etc. Please wipe cooking spills on stove after each usage to avoid difficult stains.  Do not clean appliances with abrasive cleaners, brushes or steel wool. Park the trailer at least 20 feet away from a campfire or cooking pit to prevent sparks from landing on the trailer. Do not park canvas directly under pine trees.  The sap leaves a difficult stain to remove.  Brush pine needles off canvas before folding down trailer. If you have children - you may want to bring some plastic mattress covers to protect against mishaps, spills and bedwetters.  Please don't leave small children unattended in the trailer. If at all possible fold down trailer when canvas and awning are dry.
